The book was published by Pont des Arts and Pierre-Andre Weil. With Picasso’s permission Weil also used the work for the poster advertising the book in the Galerie Weil which he owned with Lucie Weil relating to the book which was held at the Galerie Weill between January 12th and February 10th 1960 . The book contains 11 Facsimiles signed by Picasso of this work “Joy of Living”.
